Studio Eik is suitable for business guests, couples and solo travellers staying in Houtvenne for a few nights, weeks or months. With your own kitchen, bathroom, living area and workspace, you can enjoy a fully independent stay.
The studio features a queen-size bed, smart TV, air conditioning, heating and a private desk. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, water, energy, VAT and final cleaning are included.
There is space to relax outdoors too. Enjoy access to the peaceful, green garden and several terraces, where you can take in the surroundings in good weather or unwind after a working day or an outing.
The equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than seven nights. Bed linen and towels are also replaced. A laundry service and breakfast basket are available on request.
The studio normally accommodates up to two guests. On request, the sofa bed can be used for one extra adult or two children. These extra sleeping spaces cannot be booked directly online.
